The preferred option for submitting walks is to use the interactive form as this saves the Walks Co-ordinator re-typing all the walk details.

To submit a walk offer directly to the Walks Co-ordinator please use the interactive Walk Offer form.
The interactive walk offer form (above) is designed to operate on all devices (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets & Phones). However, the two forms below will probably not work on tablets or phones because it is unlikely those devices have software to edit the documents. It is normal only to be able to view documents on a tablet or phone, usless you have specific apps that can edit.
Use this Excel Walk Offer form to save the Walks Co-ordinator time and this will also allow you to keep a copy. Please complete the form, save and attach to an email to the Co-ordinator.

If you only have Word and have difficulty with the interactive form, please use this Walk Offer form. However, the first two options are preferred. Please complete the form, save and attach to an email to the Walks Co-ordinator.
This form can be printed and shared with other leaders, who do not have access to any computer devices, to write their walk details out.
